THE Grange Art Show Committee is pleased to report that all is proceeding well to ensure a successful exhibition and sale over the open days from Saturday, September 30 to Sunday, October 8.
We remind readers that there will be a $500 travel voucher as a Lucky Door Prize available over each of the days.
Major sponsors have ensured good financial outcomes for our three beneficiaries - Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, Mater Hospital Positrone Emission Tomography Scanner Unit and the Tea Gardens/Hawks Nest and Karuah Medical and Welfare Transport Association Inc. (Clinic Bus).
Our cash prizes for the eight sections of the awards, totalling $5100, have been kindly donated by Crighton Lifestyle Resorts, Nelson Bay Electrical Services, Terrace Blinds and Awnings, Coolrite Air Conditioning and Daikin, Myall Travel, Our Town Carpet Court, The Burton Family of Maitland Toyota, and Daracon Group.
Tickets for a chance to win the Seascape Oil Painting by local artist and Grange resident, Geoff Moran, are on sale now and will be drawn at the conclusion of the show on Sunday, October 8.
