Julie takes top honours

22 Jul, 2008 02:57 PM
Tea Gardens Grange Village Manager, Julie Woolard, has been named the Retirement Village Association NSW Regional Manager of the Year.

Up against all other managers in the region, Julie’s professionalism and passion for her job gained her the top spot.

The award was announced at the association’s regional conference on July 11 in the Hunter Valley.

Julie was evaluated on key criteria including leadership style, professional development, continuous improvement initiatives, residents satisfaction, best industry practice and village innovation to win the award.

“I am greatly honoured to win the award and to have the support from our residents,” Julie said.

“I am truly passionate about our villages and committed to ensuring that residents enjoy living at the Grange and the Hermitage,” Julie said.

Julie has worked for Crighton Lifestyle Resorts for five years.

She was appointed village manager in 2007.
