The meeting, to be held on Tuesday, April 17, will provide Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest residents with the opportunity to attend a MidCoast Water meeting and raise any issues of concern.

MidCoast Water's general manager, Neil Hanington, said he was pleased to be able to hold a meeting in the southern area of the service region.

"Both councillors and staff feel it is important we give all our customers the opportunity to take part in council meetings," Mr Hanington said, explaining meetings normally alternate between Taree and Forster.

The MidCoast Water April council meeting is to be held at the Dolphin Room at the Tea Gardens Hotel starting at 12pm.
