Organiser Jo Van Der Linden said it is due to the lack of support and interest in the community.

“I want to thank the businesses who were enthusiastic and who made financial contributions to the event,” Ms Van Der Linden said.

“I would also like to thank the Myall Coast Arts Network, the Myall Coast Waterways Chamber of Commerce and Tourism, Great Lakes Council, the Myall Coast Nota, Brett Hall, Laurie Manners, Al Friehaut, Newcastle Skate Team, Lee Anderson, Tea Gardens Hotel, Erin Strickland, The Grange, Tea Gardens Country Club, Hawks Nest Golf Club, Myall Coast Entertainers, Stroud Writers Group, North Arm Cove Writers Group, Cafe Sea and all the musicians who were committed to playing for the weekend.”
