Truck rolls on highway

11 Nov, 2009 10:47 AM
POLICE are investigating the cause of a truck crash on the Pacific Highway at Bulahdelah last Wednesday night.

According to police, the truck, carrying a load of fruit and vegetables, rolled after attempting to take a sharp right hand bend.

It hit a concrete barrier in the southbound lane.

The 31-year-old driver was treated at the scene for a dislocated shoulder before being taken to Bulahdelah Hospital.

Salvage crews were called in to clear the area, causing some traffic delays.
