Tea Gardens Karuah A Grade cricket side are in the grand final.
As clear minor premiers they beat the second side, Windsor Castle, in their semi-final match played at Bowthorne.
They posted a score of 7/168 off their 40 overs, with John Halloran in his usual form scoring 56 and Craig Frith not out on 55.
Windsor was bowled out for 76 with Josh Simms taking 4/20 and Brad Pinch 3/14.
There are some remarkable players in the A grade team for this season, several of whom have played together for years.
This side has been in every A Grade grand final for the last eight years and notched up several premierships.
The grand final will be played at Lorn Park, Nillo Street, Lorn at 12.30pm next Saturday, March 15.
It would be great if lots of people turned up to watch this final tussle.
Go the Sharks.
As usual, we are grateful for the continued support of the RS and CC and Crightons.
