Students enthusiastically competed in all age categories with some outstanding and surprising results.

Winners in the various categories were: Jesy Carpenter stage three, Jackson Page and Sami Davidson stage two and Cooper Hunter, Cassie Reilly, Brittney Bartholomew and Jade Hunter stage one.

Winners in the putting competition were Jesy Carpenter, Olivia Bartley, Sami Davidson, Jackson Page, Luke Ireland, Cassie Reilly and Cooper Hunter.

All competitors received vouchers from Solo Prices.

Congratulations to Sami Davidson who received a special award for her determination and enthusiasm.

This took the form of a brand new putter kindly donated by Layne Bartley. Many thanks to Steve Denning and Hawks Nest Golf Club for their continuing support along with the staff at Tea Gardens Public School. Thanks also to Fred Sparksman for his kind sponsorship.

The final program for the year will commence in a month’s time.
