TEA Gardens ladies bowled their last week for the year of 2009, with two great days of bowls.
Tuesday December 8 winners P Janes, B Fakes, E Barbie and H Doorey. Runners up P Baker, B Rhodes, L Green and A Mackenzie.
Thursday December 10 in annual President verse Secretary Trophy Day team secretary won by one shot against president of the team, Anne Mackenzies. Well done all ladies.
A raffle and Christmas luncheon was served by the social ladies following the game. A big thank you to Ken and John for the barbecue and to our ladies.
Ladies have a Merry Christmas and have a happy new year for 2010.
Bowls will resume January 12 2010.
Helen Doorey and Vicki Rankin were selected to play for Newcastle District in a two day event against ACT at Stockton early January, congratulations ladies.
