SELF Help Slimmers members recently had guest speakers Ann Scully and Helen Jones attend their meeting.
Ann inspired the slimmers to look good, feel good while Helen is keeping them motivated.
Keep up the good work all you good looking ladies.
The last meeting for the year will be held on Thursday, December 18, followed by dinner and the group will resume in the New Year on Thursday, January 8.
Self Help Slimmers meets at the Tea Gardens Country Club every Thursday afternoon from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
