RECENTLY our club held their annual versatility day competition, over two days.
Eight teams of four played over the two days and the results were as follows:
Winners; Sandra Leismann, Jill McBride, Liz Kelly and Val Hicks.
Second Place: Penny Janes, Bev Stephens, Jan Eyles and Anne Mackenzie.
Third Place: Wilma Drake, Lorraine Harvey, Beverley Thrift and Loretta Baker.
Monday Winners: Robyn Webster, Verlie Gray, Lynne Green and Merle Sargeant.
Tuesday Winners: Christine Fossey, Maureen Oldfield, Olive McKeown and Helen Doorey.
Thursday August 19 and August 20 the winners were Pat Baker, Penny Janes and Bev Rhodes.
After bowls the members helped Pauline Johnson celebrate her “0” Birthday with a beautiful cake.
