Club bids fond farwell to former president
9:00 AM | EARLIER this week saw the Queanbeyan Women’s Bowling Club give a fond farewell to club stalwart Carolyn Greenland who is sadly leaving the club in search of warmer climes.
4:00 AM | WANG bowler Trevor Bellette has continued in his outstanding form in the Club’s singles championships. This week he played Steve Jackson and despite struggling early on soon found form to record a win.
25 May 12 | On Tuesday we were blessed with wonderful weather and 16 players graced the green. There were two rinks of triples and one rink of pairs. It was good to see Judy Bateman back on her feet and playing again.
25 May 12 | KEITH Scriven, Ross Donald and Peter Morales defeated Roger Dombkins, Viv Gunter and Roy Harding 25-8 in Wednesday social bowls at Club Bowral. After 10 ends, the score was 7-7. T

24 May 12 | THE Region 12 Pennant play-offs were held at West Dubbo Bowling Club last week in perfect bowling conditions.

A friendship blossoms with bowling partnership
23 May 12 | THE Dalmeny Bowling Club ladies held their annual Autumn Carnival last week and one partnership on the greens held particular meaning.

18 May 12 | TATHRA’S James Reynolds has been crowned the best bowler in the Bega Valley in not one, but four disciplines. Reynolds, 31, capped off a quartet of victories by winning the Far South Coast District Bowls Associations (FSCDA) triples title on Sunday.
