Holistic course to help landholders

RURAL landholders in Bulahdelah will have a chance to participate in a heavily subsidised holistic management course.

Participants will learn how to assess landscape health using holistic principles and develop a holistic management plan. Funding is available through TAFE Western, the Australian Government's Caring for our Country Initiative and the NSW Government's Catchment Action Program and has allowed the course to be offered to landholders for $100 per property. It starts on October 22 and 23 with the remaining seven sessions finishing on April 15 and 16 2013. For information contact the Taree CMA office on (02) 6551 8994 or the CMA's Gloucester community support officer on (02) 6558 2304.
